  • I love my 325i. Only mod is a Signature Motoring performance intake kit. They run around $150 and add around 9hp in the six-cylinder E30s and a bit less in the 318. That's the best value per HP gain... A good value for the extra oomph. General HP increases are shown:

    E30 series: 6.0-13.4hp gain

    E36 series: 5.5-12hp gain

    E46 series: 6.0-13.9hp gain

    E92 series: 8.5+ hp gain

    Z3/Z4 (all): 5.5-13.9hp gain

See my channel videos for action!

  • The E30 is much better build quality than new BMWs. I would put in the Signature Motoring performance intake kit for only around $150 and gain around 9.5HP on the stock output for the 325/M3 and a bit less for the 318. I highly recommend this item, see my youtube channel for the action video on it.

    -Installs in round 45min.

    -Guaranteed HP increase

    -Induction sound to die for

    -Awesome fit/finish.

See my video of how it sounds AND performs!

  • @uberBMWmotorist

    Nice advertising

  • with loud exhausts ive learned from exp. you have to drive low key!!!

  • the rev limiter on a stock e30 is below the redline, bouncing off the rev limiter all day is not a great idea but its not terrible either

  • sick

  • either wait bouncing of the rev isnt exactly good for it, but its not all that bad, im sure he doesnt do it every day, once in a while isnt all bad. sides when it sounds good unlike those fartcan hondas, why not?

  • What model Magnaflows?

  • Are you people stupid, BMW E30 engines are bullet proof. Red line and revving doesnt mean a thing to these cars. I got a Alpina c2 2.7 and no matter how hard i rev it, the car is still the same after, no damage to engine, Maybe is you don't sit here posting comments and drive other cars apart from this you would know.

  • Just because it isn't the absolute rev limit doesn't mean you should keep it there. High revs create more heat, genius.

  • That's what the radiator and the fan is there for.

  • wow.. some of these people have never worked on a car.. the rev limiter does what it says, keeps the revs on the safe side.. so basically you can bounce off the rev all day long and youll be fine

  • Nice vid. I have an E28 535i and my mom has a E36 328i...and redlining has yet to affect either of them. Although I don't do it all the time. Great exhaust man.

  • I LOL @ you fools posting about hitting the limiter.

    Obviously you're not E30 owners. :)

  • Thank you for understanding.

  • hahahha exactly.

  • you've never broken a rocker arm, huh?..

  • yea...fuck those rocker arms with 200k miles on them, them bitches always break

  • lol thats funny

  • E30 all the way!

  • That would've been a little cooler if you wouldn't have ricer revved it toward the end, but I like the car.

  • Love 325i's on the cutout!

  • The rev limiter doesn't let the car into red line. i've owned a 1990 325i for 2 years now and they are nuke proof. one of the most durable cars ever built.

  • great sound..

  • If moving, you are putting a lot of stress on the parts inside. Hopefully you dont jump your timing and bend your valves. My moms jumped on a cam on her 16v cosworth while auto x. Just dont get unto the habbit of riding redline.

  • Your explanation makes sense. With the 12v M20 and M30 jumping the timing is less likely (but possible). Now on the other hand I would not "bounce" my S38 B36 motor for the same reason you listed (also because it's very expensive to fix). The old chain motors just put up with so much abuse. Just look at what Alpina did with the B10 M30, absolutely tramendous potential. Or look at the old M10 motors from the old F1 days (they where getting over 1000 bhp out of them).

  • @chameleonleather

The m20 uses a timing belt. not a chain.

  • Advice, hitting redline is bad for your motor, otherwise, cool car.

  • This M20 motor with stock chip never gave me any problems, it had great compression and I always added Lucas to any oil change and I beleive that Lucas oil is vital to any M10 M20 or M30 Auto X bimmer. Now on the other hand if it had a chip with the rev limit increased "safely" by 700 then I would not feel comfortable hitting the limit.

  • the 4.10 diff is an open diff, right? or can you retrofit a 3.73 LSD w/ 4.10 gears?

  • the 4.10 was out of an M3.

  • pretty raspy though..sounds awesome under WOT thouhg!!

  • I like how it makes a nice mean growl and not a fart tube noise like many "racing" exhausts make

  • send me the website iwanna buy one

  • who was i suppose to see agian ?

  • nice, I need a new exhaust for my 325e

  • u should get a 325is head,ECU, performance cams, and exhaust. That would be sweet and smoke 325i's.

  • HAHAHAH the way you ran the car and then the way you backed up from it as if you guys were gonna fight and you were walking away slowly talking shit. nice.

  • whats the mods

  • Not much really just exhaust, and Ireland raceing springs and a 4.10 diff. The exhaust is comeing off soon so i'll be able to post the make.
