Well I have had most of the amps you have there in your videos I have seen at one time or the other. Great for live stuff but I found 1 thing that does just as good live or recording? The PODxt? Thats what I use in most all of my videos now. It has every amp you are using in it and about 30 or so more. They are all based of these amp heads from Marshall Mesa and more! Really cool stuff man! For the money you would probably not touch those amp there unless using one live? lol!

Then only thing is I would still use the PODxt through the amp or through mixer live. Its about? $150 to $200 on ebay you can pick up the PODxt. They also have the PODx3 out now with even more for $399. But the PODxt would be more then you would ever need for recording and live stuff. I have a Marshall stack now in storage the I run my Flextone IIIXL 150watt Combo amp through it. But I haven't had the need to use it. What are you using for recording now? A decent sound card should do the trick?

A 16/24 bit sound card and some decent software to record with. I use sound blaster Audigys 2 Zs in both my computers and it works great so far. I am sure there is even better but I havent found the need for any better then these yet. They do their purpose pretty good I think. What are you using right now? Or are you only using a video camera?

I see your point - The DSL 2000 and Roadster are used for live gigs - they roar. However, i don't gig myself. Sounds like a pretty cool deal i will look into.

I am using using 2 types of the Audigy 2 Zs sound card. For my laptop its a PCI card that goes in the side and over rides my laptops souncard. I can remove it when I want? Pretty cool. Thats what I have been using for all these videos the last year. Then the one for my PC's is the Audigy 2 SZ with front bays. Giving ore way to run in and outs with midi options. This one was a bot more expensive. about $210 but the laptops was $99 The I use Guitar Tracks Pro3 by Cakewalk that was about $100

I like the sound with the distortion unlike foxconnect! It sets you away from all the clones out there that dont know how to be different. There are no set rules to the blues anyways or music for that matter. Its played with emotions, not a specific tone of what you think the guitar should sound like.

Well, in this vid i used my Mark II and a old valvestate I have via a boss gt-8 with a dual rectifer amp model. So, i'm kinda not using a marshall tone. hehehe
