  • @115Dx yes indeed it is the same actor

  • @93TheEnglishWay

whats the name of this actor?

  • @iLovePunkr0ck Harry Eden

  • I can't help but wonder...Dodger is on a lot of 'wanted' lists, right? I mean, the police, and probably the grammar nazis as well.

  • @bltsdsubbie he's a pick pocket.... a skilled one at that, so why would he be on wanted signs? think about it...

  • @115Dx true, true the one unfourtunet thing about musicals is that tthey are not very realistic :(

  • i have not watched this, but on my opinion, i think that 1968's Oliver! wit mark Lester and jack wild is way better :/ correct me if im wrong

  • @ilovehorses100100 Having grown up on the '68 Oliver!, I would say that comparing these two is difficult, if not impossible. What I will say is that the characters seemed less lively and interesting than the musical. Granted it is insane to attempt to fill the shoes of Oliver Reed, but Sykes just wasn't a very imposing character in this version. Overall, the '68 "Oliver!" was leaps ahead of this movie in terms of charisma, but this movie takes a more gritty approach.

  • @aedimus thanx 4 the review thingy lol :)

  • i studied that novel when i was young iam now 30 yearsold,i liked nancy charles dickens was so miserable dramatic person cuz he was poor worked as a worker in a wine factory

  • Touches your soul.

  • I SAW A DIFFERENT VERSION ND ITS VERY SAD ND THIZ ONE LOOKS KINDA BETTER THAN THE OTHER WHICH WAS VERY SAD IT MAD ME CRY :_(

  • i watched this movie twice and i can tell..this movie is totally awesome

  • This film was appauling watched it today and could'nt believe how much they used the same lines and tried to make everyone look the same! Nothing like the real film Oliver! Never try to recreate a film always ends up bad!!

  • @Thelincolns1 are you saying that this movie is a bad remake one of the older ones because it had the same lines? seriously? this film, and the "real film" that you're comparing it to, are based on the same book, of course they'll have lots of similar dialogue!!!!!! half of what the characters say in this movie, as well as the original, are taken straight from the book! you can't possibly slam this movie for using the same dialogue.

  • I want to find this because fat teacher won't show the rest of the film

  • @sfdfd2 jsut google it x)

  • i just got done reading this book for a class, and i loved it! i didnt know there was a more recent movie out there untill i had to do some research on it. i wanna see it now...

  • I just viewed Roman Polanski's version of "Oliver Twist" for first time and must say it really is well done. It depicts how difficult life really was during Dickens' time in the 19th century. I am suprised the director did not receive awards for this. I wish Poalnski would consider directing Dicken's classic "A Christmas Carol", someday.

  • @JohnPiperBoots I think Bob Zemekis beat him to the punch on that one.

  • The trailer makes them look almost happy.

  • 1:32 umm is that jack black? lol

  • Leanne Rowe what boobs are this! :O

    thanks

  • I always did wonder why they stole hankerchiefs. They don't go for much!

  • @TheTitto Back than hankercheifs were made from very nice materials that were actually worth a lot of money. Only rich people had them, they were usually hanging out the back pocket so they were pretty easy money.

  • 好感人哦

  • In finland, ive acted in oliver twist .

  • His name is NOT William, it's Bill.

  • @TeamEdward173 I believe that Bill can be short for WIlliam. Much like Dick is for Richard.

  • @TeamEdward173

I suppose the fact the Bill is short for William is purely incidental?

  • @TeamEdward173 Bill is short for William.

  • @TeamEdward173 Bill is short for William. But like you said, he is known as bill in the story

  • @TeamEdward173 Bill is short for William
