The contradictions in this video are nothing, actually: the book of Ezekiel (don't remember the exact verses) says that the soul that sins, shall die, and nobody can take your sins, and you can't take the sins of even your own father! That verse contradicts the hole concept of Jesus taking the sins of the world! And there are many other!

What an idiot... Chapters and Verses were added specifically by King James's scribes to aid the simple reader. The original Hebrew translation has no chapter and verses.

As for the slavery it was more like if you are to have a slave then treat them well and with respect like i said slavery was common then and usually the way someone would end up a slave was by committing a crime of some sort then they had to serve out their punishment as a slave to the person they did the crime against.

There are logical explanations for what appear to be contradictions in the Bible.
e.g - Business Managers may round off figures for a report i.e £10,000, instead of £10,250. MANY Bible prophecies have been fulfilled to the very word, some were written 600 to 3000 years in advance, Given by God who exists outside of SPACE, TIME and MATTER. God is not one to be mocked. I think it is foolish, to rubbish the entire Bible, just because SOMEONE says it has WHAT APPEAR to be contradictions.

@coolyjojo while yes some are precise the very fact that there are others that are not precise and plain wrong shows that not everything in the Bible is From God, that's why you have accuracies and inaccuracies; Falsehood mixed with Truth, and eventually you cant distinguish between them when looking at the bible as a whole and cant trust what it says

When we look at the names we find that certain names are mentioned in alternate forms. Among the Jews of that time, a person had a name, title, and surname. Thus, the children of Hariph are the children of Jorah, while the children of Sia are also the children of Siaha. When my great grandmother came to Canada they gave her a different name. When large amounts of people are migrating things like these tend to happen. Once the evidence is investigated it is clear to see that these are not errors.

The first is the probability that though members of the units or families had enrolled their names at first as intending to go; in the interval of preparation, some possibly died, others were prevented by sickness or other obstacles, so that the final number who actually went was not the same as those who had intended to go.

Later, 2 chronicles is written, 2 chronicles ch. 36 v. 9, it is possible that it is the same age but someone in the later days perhaps when it is being translated that they missed writing down the number 1. The contradictions in this video are nothing, actually: the book of Ezekiel (don't remember the exact verses) says that the soul that sins, shall die, and nobody can take your sins, and you can't take the sins of even your own father! That verse contradicts the hole concept of Jesus taking the sins of the world! And there are many other!

@afrojungle It's pretty hard to fail at translating numbers. I'm not fluent in any language but English but I can still count to 100 in 3 different languages.

@ZeDingoBlag its good 2 know u know ur numbers, but wat u may not know is dat different cultures hav diffrent scales & units 4 measuring items. In ancient times, som cultures considered counting only de elites & dominant races & excluded slaves, females & de low class, whiles others considered all types of men. If u want to understand the Bible literally u wld hav 2 understand de writer of de chapter, de original language of de script, de time & de culture. Der is mor 2 it than just comparison

@afrojungle We do know quite a bit about the systems of measurement used around the time the books of the Bible were written. Both Google and Wolfram Alpha can convert cubits, and personally I have converted 50 shekels of silver into its value today. (I wanted to see just how much the dowry required of a rapist would come out to.)

Ú have to study the bible to understand it. Obviously this man is taking words from the Bible and interpreting it directly. Its obvious he has not studied the bible in-depth. And if science can prove his Quran and his God then...The words spoken in the bible and the things done in the Bible are beyond scientific reasoning, that is why science cannot comprehend it. The God I know in the Bible is beyond science, that is why He is God.

People would think this is fact.. cuz they don't even have bibles open to check.

@themotionaddict2 We dont have to have bibles open ... there is internet. Yes, it does not say he died. But it says he reigned for 24 years. And he started reigning when Asa was in his third year. NOW, in 2 Chronicles 16 it says that in the THIRTY SIXTH (36th) year of Asas reign, Baasha King of Israel started a war against him. Lets do the math. Asa was in 3rd year -> Baasha becomes King. He reigns for 24 years -> this means now Asa is in his 27th year as King. ->cont.

@themotionaddict2 So, when Asa is in his 27th year, Baasha IS NO MORE a King of Israel. But in Chronicles it says that the SAME Baasha "King of ISrael" attacked Asa in his 36th (!!) year or reigning! That is TEN years later when he was no more King and probably dead.

What an idiot... Chapters and Verses were added specifically by King James's scribes to aid the simple reader. The original Hebrew translation has no chapter and verses.
Therefore God did not write chapters and verses into the bible.

just for the record God did not write the bible. the bible is various stories written by man some of which was dictated by God. I don't understand why another man of faith would discredit something that teaches about God. The Bible has good values to be learned from and every God is the same God whether he is from the Qu'ran or the Holy Bible. God is God my friend you should be finding ways to bring these religions together, not tear them apart.

@johnblack03 um the bible clearly says NOT to murder, never says to sacrifice humans also slavery was normal back then and it says to treat them with respect and let them go free after 7 years with provisions to take care of themselves AND the bible never ones says to make human sacrifice to God..i think you should try to read the Bible before you say things like this....it's obvious you have not read it.

@johnblack03 jsut because there are examples of murder in the bible doesn't mean the bible condones it. The Bible like i said clearly says it is a grave sin to commit murder. As for the slavery it was more like if you are to have a slave then treat them well and with respect like i said slavery was common then and usually the way someone would end up a slave was by committing a crime of some sort then they had to serve out their punishment as a slave to the person they did the crime against.

@johnblack03 that is the way God says it should be done if you were to have a slave, the bible never says having a slave is a good thing and IF you have one treat them well and after a time let them be free. what about how it says not to steal or harm people? what about how it teaches adultery is wrong and abuse to children is also wrong. how about how the bible teaches to teach all men fairly and with respect as you would yourself? like i said you should read the bible.

A very knowledgeable Christian stands at a mic in front of hundreds of fellow Christians and some brave(but unknowledgable) follower of Islam comes to debate with him. Is this fair? Can anyone gain from this debate? maybe but highly unlikely. i'm not trying to be unfair so i'm wondering does this man ever debate with a Christian of equal status to himself? i would love to open-mindedly watch that debate.

There are logical explanations for what appear to be contradictions in the Bible.
e.g - Business Managers may round off figures for a report i.e £10,000, instead of £10,250. MANY Bible prophecies have been fulfilled to the very word, some were written 600 to 3000 years in advance, Given by God who exists outside of SPACE, TIME and MATTER. God is not one to be mocked. I think it is foolish, to rubbish the entire Bible, just because SOMEONE says it has WHAT APPEAR to be contradictions.

@coolyjojo while yes some are precise the very fact that there are others that are not precise and plain wrong shows that not everything in the Bible is From God, that's why you have accuracies and inaccuracies; Falsehood mixed with Truth, and eventually you cant distinguish between them when looking at the bible as a whole and cant trust what it says
