The chaos potions aren't a waste of cash if you are going to use them. What is a waste of cash is how I got them, which was mostly through lucky bombs. ;p

I came back to rakion recently after about 2 years.

It seems a lot has changed. I'm lvl 45 mage with a mix of runet and acute.

I want to be good at PvP so I think the atkspd stat is necessary. However, I haven't looked through all the new sets.

What do you recommend?

The armors you have right now is good enough for attack speed. However, I would suggest changing to Golden Cane when you get to level 50 if you are willing to use cash. If not, then get frozen red. First check out the shop, you might like other pieces of equipment better.

you get 50% more exp (plus a few other advantages) if you've bought a Power Card...it's not bad. I think it's still quite slow for lvling without stage resets, but it's up to you
