whenever the chefs make ice cream, it always looks partially melted during the dish descriptions. Wouldn't that affect the overall taste or texture when it comes to tasting?

what i know is human tounge cannot taste ice cream unless it is melted, maybe the texture may be disrupted, but the taste i thought it will be the same or even better. just maybe

considering the Plates were such a large part of the battle, its strange that they just end up serving with plates anyway, it takes away the point of it, almost the same as serving with a tray, jus pure deco
