Sam's new bit of stuff is actually a original character from the classic series called "Carly." This movie does look like its trying to stay true to the original 80s seires, cus In that there is a great war on Earth and after humans move to a colony. Plus Bay isnt directing another TF film after this so hopefully he'll leave it open for some other more passionate directors 2 come in.

the best is how they always add something historical into the movie: in the first one, hoover damn built to protect the all spark and the mission to mars not a complete failure. in the second one, archaeologists finding the language of the primes symbols and the pyramid built over the sun destroyer machine (i forget the name). and now we have the first moon landing, and i will bet some other event will be played into this. The transformoer in the ship is Unicron, NOT Shockwave. First off, he is WAY to big. Second, look at his head: mustache, eyebrow/horns on above his eyes. Third, Shockwave was a deep purple, Unicron is yellow to orange.

The transformer in the ship is Unicron.  Look at the original cartoon movies with Unicron. He has the "mustache" and eyebrow/horns on the top of the head. He is also WAY to big to be Shockwave. Unicron was also yellow to orange, Shockwave was usually dark purple or black. (Shockwave is in the movie though)

@shaboopie12 he isnt a decepticon, it has been revealed already from an interview with Bay about making the scenes in this trailer and working with Neil Armstrong that the ship we see here is the ancient autobot ship "The Ark", plus pause at 2:01 and you can clearly see this bot has the mark of the Primes on his right chest(your left) just like the one on Optimus's head, so whoever he is he IS a Prime, most likely Vector Prime, check out my vid for more info.
