It’s just a matter of awareness of the (natural planet; very important) and what human’s have changed to their likings. It is even now a tranquil video and I do believe Reiki to be one of the best methods to expand your insight, if you really focus on the technique. This is when its purpose is for the good of your neighbors, all living here.

@lalia2358 First off I was lost for words when I returned home from the Session. Everyone's experience will no doubt be different - I find it difficult to meditate or empty me head of thoughts. For almost one hour no thoughts came into my head, I was very aware of my breath entering and exiting my body to begin with, then I wasn't. I felt warm, relaxed and as though I was flowing, call it energy, life force, love, it came through my teacher and into me. It felt like a small glimpse of Heaven.

Thank u. I used the music during a Reiki session and both my client and I really enjoyed it. How's this for a perspective for those are quarreling in the Comments - the doctrines associated with all the religions and practices are what divided and have always divided mankind because those who actually scribed them were never able to attain the wisdom that Jesus or any of the masters possessed.
