They actually have both the same beat as "Daddy DJ", a song by the eponymous french group, which had some success in 2000. The music industry being as it is (unilateral) the success was localized in a few countries, and now lots of people believe Basshunter found with that beat himself. He didn't.

The plagiarism is obvious, but it's possible Basshunter asked for the rights or something, since he hasn't been sued to my knowledge.
