First of all, Jimi Hendrix was in NO way overrated. It's people like you who have no sense of music whatsoever. Jimi knew EVERY scale and where EVERY note and EVERY possibility of a not could be ANYWHERE on ANY guitar. He could listen to a song once and replay it on point just simply because he knew where all of the notes and scales where on every fret.

It's not that bad. Look at a lot of other Disney stars who can barely even read music. Sure, they aren't THAT great, but in my humble perspective, I appreciate their lyrics, their purity, their personalities, and their humility. Don't you think there should be more 'known' people with those traits?

Jimi knew EVERY scale and where EVERY note and EVERY possibility of a not could be ANYWHERE on ANY guitar. He could listen to a song once and replay it on point just simply because he knew where all of the notes and scales where on every fret.
