I used to live in Grantham, I have a lot of good memories of the place yet when I lived their I couldn't wait to leave1 Oh by the way that's where Reubin Cole used to live as you drive up Castlegate on the corner. I'm into kiss now too yet I used to love Rush more back then.

Town centre. The '90's. Meathead Central. Any given Friday and Saturday evening.

Faces (Faeces) 'Fun' pub. Malt Shovel. King's Arms. Market Cross (horrible, just horrible). Jasper's (dire meatmarket). Hogshead. Black Dog. Gatehouse. Blue Pig. Beehive. The 'Pit'. Tudor Rose.

Those were the days.

I was brought up in Grantham during the 70,s and early 80,s and have spent along time abroard before and after those years. We used to complain about the town for being boring and so on but looking at this video after so many years, it looks quite a nice town compared to the hussle and bussle of life here in Southern Spain,Thanks to the videographer for this reminder of route to school from Valley Road to the Central School

Zig-zag lines either side of pedestrian crossings - means no parking there at any time - parking would obscure pedestrians' view of oncoming traffic. Thanks for the comment :)
