@RYPIT Hi, I played FANTINE in this excerpt of Les Miz in CCP, World Premiere of "THE MUSIC OF ALAIN BOUBLIL & CLAUDE MICHEL SCHONBERG-IN CONCERT" in '95 together w/ all the Saigon players, produced by Chase Int'l, Cameron Macintosh's arm in finding players for Ms Saigon prods abroad. Yes, the song was offered to me by Mr Schonberg himself, of which I am very proud & humbled at the same time when he told me, "You don't have to audition anymore, I just want you to do FANTINE..." : ) *Salamat ha?

@RYPIT Hi, I am not sure she was offered the role of Fantine. I do know the story that when she performed for the composer of Miss Saigon in an audition, they felt the role of Gigi was too small for her talent. Maybe somebody can clarify that story.

@alexmz123 i remember that the Miss Saigon team told her that she was OVERQUALIFIED for the play when she auditioned.

she's one of the best but personally i regard her as the the very best in the Philippines.
