@SeniorChaChaCha Its normal to take a bottle of water/energydrinks with you when you run longer then an hour. I keep my lips wet when I forget my bottle so I dont get thirsty.
@SeniorChaChaCha Yep I do that with my saliva. Carrying a bottle is annoying, but very helpful when running for a long period of time. Its better then having a sore throat from dehydration.
