It's jewish because the rythm is the "Klezmer" one....but Eastern Europe music admixes different sounds: polka (austrian-ungarian-german origin), klezmer (jewish-Yiddish), rom music, turkish-balkan....all of them sounds so good in ska-punk version....Try to listen the ukranian band " Tiк", the belarussan band "Lyapis Trubeskoy" ....you'll be surprised! Further, also the ethno-folk composers in Italy belong from ska-punk bands....
