Variety will give different kinds of nutrients, B12 is a necessary supplement if you are forced/decide to become vegetarian.

Good job, keep up the good work; the 1,000 -year old wheat is called Kamut, Kamut is the origional form of wheat; the wheat we have now is a result of cross-breeding. Kamut tastes much better then wheat in my opinion but it is more expensive.
