i developing a theory that all ufos are actually time machines but ufos are simply the perfect cover up for the fact time travel actually exists....the people from the future knew this and knew we'd assume it's just aliens when we see phenomenon such as this. maybe i'm wrong, just a guess.

The blinking lights AIN'T following the camera. A reflection is most doubtfull, it mooves NOT along with the movements of the camera ! While there are so much good ufo videos on youtube... this TV crew hasn't took a real close up... so we see only little blinking lights once again ! If you know those cameras they're using... they can do a real close up. So... once again... a new video added to the millions ! And I am a witness too regarding to ufo's but from another event...

That small blinking light seems to be a reflection/lensflare, as it appears to follow the movements of the camera.

I believe these could be probes sent by ET to monitor us humans. They hover for hours in the same spot and should be invisible (camouflaged) Maybe the camouflage is malfunctioning? It's plausible.

Because they are dangling u cant say for 100 percent its fake. Not logic to me. You can say it CAN be a kite. I (and my girlfriend) have seen an UFO closeby our window and the way it flew was like a glider. But it was no glider because we saw flames coming out of it. It was a horizontal object that tilted when it took a turn.Then it shot away towards the sky without any noise.. The only thing I want to say is: When it flies like a kite it does not have to be a kite for 100 percent..

This is the same way, a couple of people in my street were staring at 2 red lights moving all kind of directions. Happend this year. I believe this is real:) I dont have footage from that experience i had, but im saving money so i can buy a very pro camrecorder(just incase something happends)

The thing is, next time i see something like this, im going to scream and ask, are you guys good or bad?! lol (for some reason i think they are bad) don't believe in false gods that are made from metal!

Its a kite with lights on the string. I know because i have done this and it had the same effect. The police came and told me to take it down after an hour because the police station phone lines where busy with ufo reports. And real emergencys calls could'nt get threw.

@kona357 Oke, explain to me how you get the kite stationary all the time and cirkel another kite around them without tangeling the strings into eachother? Specially in the slow speed that it is going. Another thing, doesn't sound that it is that windy to keep a kite up that high. And for the record I used to stunt kites, and I can tell you that this is not a kite.
