Its a shame that other songs automatically play when you get into serious combat, so you cant run down the orcs with cavalry without it stopping halfway through.

I wish more video game music was like this. Especially action-oriented fantasy games.

The ambience, epicness, sense of urgency, and looming danger that this particular piece invokes, while wrapping it all up in a pleasing melody, is something that really enhances game play experiences. It's also pretty rare.

I think this piece would fit perfectly in the opening stages of a major boss fight in an action/RPG game with magic, demons, paladins, romance and aspiring heroes.

Whenever I hear this song, I picture the following situation:

Two armies are traversing the fields of Middle-Earth, leaders and soldiers discussing about different things (0:00 - 1:44), then they spot the enemy army, marching toward a town, ready to plunder it. The companies decide to launch a surprise attack on the enemy and wipe them out (1:45 - 2:15). And finally (2:16 - 4:12), they charge at the enemy army and destroy it in a fierce battle, and collect any possible spoils of war....
