Haha, we were talking about this in ASL class before and our Deaf ASL teacher said not to use #FB, because a lot of Deaf people use that to mean "fuck buddy," or "friend with benefits."

I've mostly just seen it fingerspelled or "BOOK" signed one-handed on the cheek. I wish I had a working webcam so that I could demonstrate!
