"civil rights" laws are special rights for certain groups. Making someone sit on the back of the bus or saying that a person can't vote because of gender was a violation of the constitution. Why would I need to fight for their rights? I would respect their rights to do whatever with their property, their businesses etc. In fact, I would take advantage of all that untapped skill and create my own business - much more profitable than theirs.

Now i am not projecting the minorities as hapless beings. But the reason affirmitive actions was put in place because of the evidence that those minorities at THAT time ( not talking about now) were not allowed into College or many jobs regardless of their education. And were also denied business loans grants and housing. You feel that all of that should be okay?

Is there such a thing called "government's rights" or "it's business"? If a govt owns something (i.e. it has not used tax funds to bring something into its ownership), sure they can do whatever they want with it. Funny thing is - there is no such thing!

Do tell who was keeping minorities out of colleges? Talk to me like I am 3 yr old. Say a minority enters a college - what happens? a minority person starts his own college - what happens?

Ron Paul greatly influenced my choice to become a Libertarian. At first I believed libertarian movements were made up of a small number of people, but as a result of his campaign, I was able to see that liberty minded people are active in our society. I hope the Libertarian Party sticks to its values, and stays true to its name, as an antonym of authoritarian. The Republican Party no longer has any discernible values on a national level, and is not worth my support. Ron Paul 2012!

How about being a Confederate instead of a Republican? The Republicans will always try to attract voters by sacrificing some principle. You give the example of Ron Paul as a Republican who doesn't sacrifice principle, and I agree. But look it: he was not successful in being elected President. Why? Because most people are stupid and foolish, and the stupid and foolish people are outbreeding the smart and wise people. First we need a cultural revolution, and then we need political secession.
