Okay, so I'm totally late watching but it's gorgeous. I love the color combo between rug and vinyl and how it contrasts with the cabinets. Backsplash is pretty too. You're going to be so happy there. Is the trap door to the crawl space? Or is there a cellar? Is that where you'll hide the bodies? Shhhh, I won't tell.

Ooooh! Very nice!! (here I am catching up!) What are all the little blue dots on the walls? Very nice. I want new counter tops but I can't decide if I should go light or dark. It is holding me back. What a nice place! - yes, I love the lazy susan spinning thing - I have two of those in my kitchen. AH. You just explained the little blue stickies. Congratulations on the new place. I agonized over the colors because I really am not talented at visualizing things like that so I fretted a lot that it would all look horrible together. I'm really happy with it. How wonderful! Your own, new home! Great big yard to do all kinds of wonderful decorating/planting/designing things! Are you going to put in safety bars in your mother's bathtub? We put them in both bathrooms in our house, so hubby can use guest tub, if necessary. Your bathroom has something our bathroom had, which I never understood - the door to the toilet. The door was so close, we had to step into the shower to open the door. I love the flow of your kitchen into your living room!

@SactoGranny Probably eventually will do something like that. She takes showers mostly so it really isn't an issue for now, but I think in the future we will have to do that. I removed the door for the "water closet" as it just didn't make sense with just me there! Thanks so much!

@AmethystButterflyGrl We just have a shower in our bathroom, and we put safety bars in there, as all it takes is one slip and fall in a shower for an older person (or anyone, really) to have some serious problems.

@Myk63 It is all dog proofed and there is no way she can escape. So far she's afraid to go out alone but I think she will get more comfortable with time. She's always been on a leash so she doesn't know how to poop alone! LOL
