@bkrman Quake 4 picks up directly after Quake 2 ends. It's the same attack. We wrote our own stories for Sarge, Visor. Bitterman is from Quake 2. Once again, Kane was the character from Quake 4, which picks up directly as Quake 2 ends and the Makron is killed.

1. Sarge is from present day, er, 1999 or so. You've seen the opening of q3a I can tell, so you must know he isn't shooting at stroggs.

2. If the big gun is downed, you're showing q4. q4 comes after q3, so Matthew Kane (from q4) isn't in the arena.

3. Visor isn't a strogg.

4. Doom occurs several decades after q4. It is slightly less than 100 years later.

These are fps games. Story is an afterthought and yet you still can't get it right.

4.) Doom predates quake 2, 4 and quake wars universe .

Again now, Visor and Gorre are NOT Strogg. Visor and Gorre are clones. There is just too damn many misconceptions of them. Simply put, they are the only two known "Visor clones" in Quake 3. There are tons of other ones and all Visor clones are brothers. Visor is also known as Visor Prime, the original Visor clone, hence his name in short, Visor. Despite this series being fucking awesome, it is still completely not canon in regards about Visor and Gorre. I want to clear that up.

hey director goss I'm not sure if you remember X-Plays inter view with the Quake 3 maker but he explians that bitter man is leading the characters through the safe route through the area for survivors. So please make sure you tell people the CORRECT story about bitterman please. He is not the main character of quake 2 like some people say. Also grunt really has no REAL name so you could also reffer to him as "Step-child" like he was origanaly named.

@CrazyToastMan what are you talking about, in Quake 2, you ARE bitterman, there are multiple indications you are, starting with the beginning of the game, when you look at the space pod in which you landed with, you can see the name: BItterman, and I read a John Carmack's story of some book about what happened to him after he defeated the Strogg Overlord, stating that he was experimented on which explains why he was all yellow and with all the robotic implants in him in Quake 3: Arena
