OK if you get the key there are a number of exits along the mall and if you dont av the key it would say there locked but now if you do av it you can get back into the tunnels and to the security room easier

2 minutes is not even that long for 8 minutes, my broadband connect loads this stuff in a few seconds. You might want to check your connect if your complaning about 2 minutes. Anyway if its that slow I'll try to make a short version :P.

That's because you're loading for every single cutscene, which are skipped in this video. Many games have lots of cutscenes in the intro, so don't judge the game like that.
