Ryan has a lot of sisters, actually. If Julie is with his dad, then that means Julie's daughters, Marissa and Kaitlin, and her stepdaughters Lindsey and Kirsten, are Ryan's sisters, plus the Cohen's little girl Sophie. So Ryan has dated two of his sisters, one of his sisters is his niece, and one is his mom. Also two are his aunts. That is...just so screwed up, even for a soap.
