This is a good but still sounds like pedal distortion, of course. Does anyone make a pedal that sounds like real driven amp? That full sound? The best I've heard was a Soldano Supercharger that blew up after I hit a chord. It was amazing, sounded and felt real. Not thin and with that funny bass sound that is a signature all distortion pedals seem to have.

Wampler was very smart working with you, I knew about Wampler for some time but your demos put me over the top as having to start building a set of these. Hard to decide between the Plexi, SuperP, Pinnacle or Triple Wreck. I have already decided to start with the Ecstasy OD, maybe a couple of them for different settings. WAMPLER, nothing else for me on my board !!!

@RelaxationII I can, I could and I may. :) But the Shredhead and Crunch Box are virtually identical except that the Shredhead's Presence control is external rather than internal like the Crunchbox. The Plextortion will beat both in my opinion. It kicks serious ass.

The problem for me on the Emma pedal is that it is to METAL. I need some very heavy but not METAL. So I think the regular plextortion (NOT the Super) should do it? Thanks again.

@santoaxe Santo, the heaviest of the lot would be the Triple Wreck. Following that is the Plextortion. If they'll send you a Plextortion they should send you a Triple Wreck - they both come from the same place. The Providence and Freakshow pedals are good distortions but don't have the bottom end to deliver the Deftones type of stuff. Another one to consider is the Emma PisdiYAUwot. It's very metal. :)
What`s the difference between the plextortion and the super plextortion? I`m looking for a heavy distortion the sounds like, 30 seconds to mars, alter bridge, deftones, etc...

@jazzvi It's a different beast really. The Pinnacle is more hot-rodded plexi a la EVH whereas this one's a little rawer, more 'Marshally' for want of a better description. Personally, I go for this one. ;)
