Dude I have massive hips and I love my skinny jeans. I am also quite short so have to take them up. But they don't suck me in. If they sucked me in they would obviouslly be too small for me. They fit me as in pants that fit me the whole way down. And people who hate the feel of them obviouslly don't wear boots as they are probably looser than the boots. Skinny jeans should only be worn on ppl who are slimmer no larger than avg build, but not too tall & skinny either. Ppl with larger hips, thighs or tummies should avoid them. Skinny jeans look great on slim men...very chic & euro. I went to Montreal & most slim men there wore skinny jeans, very common. Their suits are also very fitted. I saw an older grey-haired gentleman in Montreal wear a slim suit & he looked so chic & sophisticated. Since then, my hubby has converted over to slim jeans.

So for those who think men "cannot" wear skinny jeans that's a myth. They are totally chic for slim men. They are not "girl" jeans. They are just more currently fashion forward. They are commonly worn in Montreal, Europe & Asia, where fashion is usually a few years ahead of North America. That is why some ppl are not accustomed to seeing this change in fashion for men. If you are not of slimmer build, best to stick with bootcut or straight leg styles.
