i'm posting this in parts becoz i want you to see all of what i wrote. Cebu Pacific has to do something to make up for their incompetence. Once i booked a flight online & immediately after the money was taken out of my bank account, drama started. their site told me my card was not good, but the money was already taken out. on top of having to wait a week for a refund, i still had a flight to book (which means they got paid TWICE).
