you are exactly right!

I have done self hypnosis i have worked with my subconscious to try to clear the negative for certain situations.

I know exactly what you mean in that as hard as i try with my conscious affirmations there is always a part of me that is holding onto some of the negative. That has to be my subconscious. Thanks so much. I've had an epiphany : )
