I constantly search around the net about ENGL, Diezel, etc...and through the numerous forums, clip sharing sites, and so on, I think you're in about every single one of them!! Haha. I'm torn between the SE and either the VH4 or Herbert now...mainly because people have scared me with the whole reliability thing and how supposedly Diezel > ENGL in this regard. I'm about ready to drop the cash but don't want to screw myself.

@RockinRazr129 I used my dad's boss rc-50. I recorded one track and panned it left, then recorded the lead track and panned it right, and recorded one more track in the middle for the intro sweeps and the solo. Nothing fancy here haha. I really have no clue how to make a video with good quality so I wouldn't be the one to ask... Thanks for the comment/compliment/interest. Have a good one!

Superior Drummer has very realistic sounding drums but takes a lot of hard drive space and costs about $100 more. DFH sounds pretty good with some EQ tweaks, very easy on hard drive space. The Lilium Fullmetal video on my page is DFH in action.

It really depends on what you're trying to record. For quick arrangements DFH. To go pro, S2.0
