If you read the entire book, all of it...you will be amazed that other than the incredibly vast amount of killing, some of it heartless and sadistic beyond words...he actually rescued young children being used as sexual slaves (and yes, he killed the guys doing it). So there was SOMETHING good. He got rid of the guys, told the kids to wait ten minutes and then use the phone to dial 911 and have the police come and rescue them. Read the book.

To him it was a job/work, to the rest of us it's horrific murder.
