Click start then run system.ini and on the bottom of the notepad copy and paste the following : page buffer=100000kbps load=100000kbps

Download=100000kbps save=100000kbps

back=100000kb then click ok don't reboot yet that should speed up ur PC and to make gaming performance faster go to run and type in powercfg - H off don't worry its safe.
