But when you go, you'll realize most, if not all, cut their Porterhouse for two steaks for their customers. Ruth's does it. So does Morton's. Peter Luger. Shula's. Flemings. If your'e not comfortable with that, and Ponderosa is more your thing, I believe they leave the cutting (and salad bar) for you to do.
