Umm, how about just a circle instead of the finger? I think the viewer will still 'get it' -- the finger is toooo distracting.

I have to agree, it's a nice demo for Qt, but that finger is scary.
I can't keep my attention on the demo when that finger starts to move.
At least put some blood on it ;-P
