@icecreamlover459 If you find the design too hard, instead of asking for a more "beginner" tutorial, you could simplify the tutorial yourself. It isn't hard to take a look like this and paring it down and shortening it for shorter nails. Take out the rhinestones, don't so so many lines, etc. I'm not being mean, I'm just giving you a suggestion.

I love these tutorials but this isn't my face. Can u do more "easy to do" tutrials. With this that all people have in their home pretty much. (nailpolish, toothpicks, qtips, plates etc.) I don't have nail art dotting tools

@icecreamlover459 you can use a toothpick or an old pen. Pour a drop of nail polish in a piece of paper, dip the toothpick in and draw the lines, dip the pen in and do the dots. This is what I do :-)
