Thanks for replying.This is only my conclusion,certainly ABBA not copied the lyrics(they never).In fact, when I accidentally listing to Vera Lynn for the first time(she is a star of 2nd world war years, I'm 23, so I wasn't her fan-now slightly),she came up with ''WE'LL MEET AGAIN''which I felt quite similar to ''Hasta manana''s first lines.In early years I noticed ABBA's charming attraction but i snubbed them. Now I addicted and I'm hypnotized by their creations and live performances on YOUTUBE

This song's lyrics is quite similar to VERA LYNN'S '' WE'LL MEET AGAIN'' lyrics being popular song in world war ii years(''we'll meet again, don't know where,don't know when'') and music related to song"TIE YELLOW RIBBON'. ABBA 'S early songs lyrics must've been influenced by contemporary western songs.But their music which based on Scandinavian folks music , largely influenced by American and other western music styles and gifted two couples provided unprecedented phenomenon.

@sanjeewakaru Well, the lyrics were written by Stikkan Anderson. He got the inspiration for the title during a holiday in the Canary Islands where he heard the phrase "hasta mañana" all the time. But I don't know where got the inspiration for the lyrics.

The biggest regret of my life was not disobeying my parents to see the 1977 Abba Concert when they were in Adelaide. I will never be able to see Abba again.Abba's Brilliance vindicates me.
