does it matter what product they use on your hair when doing cornrows...??because i have straight hair n when i took out my cornrows i did the exact thing you where doing and not too much hair fell out...but when i washed it it was just started falling out massively....is there a certain product you have to use to wash your hair after you take out your braids.>???

No it dont matter. I am not really for sure why your hair came out massively.

You can use any shampoo or conditioner as long as it is a moisturizing.

Your hair shed every day so since you had braids in it wasnt able to shed like normal.

But it shouldnt have came out massively. make sure you deep condition it really well

on a regluar basis.

Congrats on your new growth. I can really tell the difference once you picked it out. When you finish your challenge are you gonna straighten it (low heat of course, lol). I'm trying your challege as well but I got the hand in hair fetish. Ever since I've been natural I can't stop touching it!. God gonna see us through. ttyl

out. They do a great job. But Note:: this is something I wont do on a regluar basis b/c all that heat

is so bad for your hair, if you do it all the time...

girl when i do individual box braids i take about six hours to take them down gently, whether with condition or whatever, in my trini language nah nah nah lol, so i love the two strand twists cuts my time down, since i have banished the comb and brush from my hair

yes girl that is so true twist comes down so quick & braids take for ever...

I always take my braids down in a 2 or 3 day process. the way i do it nobody even no

I was even taking them down. I keep them in a ponytail..lol
