  • would like to hear from anyone re long term results (6 mos+)

  • I can tell you for sure this procedure works. I had it done 23 days ago at The Sweat Institute in Atlanta. I had suffered for 12 yrs with jaw, neck and shoulder pain 24/7. In that twelve years I have seen 8 doctors, ranging from chiropractors, TMJD specialist to primary physicians. Nothing ever took my pain away. I would feel a little better for a few hours but never long term. Within four hours of the Atlas Orthogonal procedure my jaw, neck and shoulder pain was gone. I felt strange, not like

  • Very well researched and informative. Thank you for posting this.

  • Thanks for that Kobi Big Dog.

I've been into NST/Bowen therapy and Cranio-Sacral therapy since '97; and natural therapies of various kinds since '78; so I have a modicum of understanding of what's happening here.

I guess I'd like to see a more wholistic approach to health care instead of this style of work that appears quite industrial and medical in its approach.

But, I'll try it. I don't want slag something without trying it first hand.

  • @Bestboytoo It is the responsibility of whoever to get their body balance before dammage gets to bad. The problem is they do, and then visits end up being more frequent. The birthing process can begin a problem. Gentle techniques for infants would be NUCCA, and Grostic. Adults, Atlas orthoganol, and Light toggle recoil are good choices. NUCCA, and Grostic are good for adults too. SAM uses a lot of force, but it still works. That technique is about 70 years old. U,C,S, is based on the individual

  • This has helped my sciatica, my plantar faciitis, my neck pain and lower back pain. It's amazing.

  • Good video. Lengthening the spine. freeing the neck. and balancing the head atop the shoulders is something one can do to assist in the adjustment of the c1.

  • Great Video and I appreciate the great work you people are doing. Sir how can it be that UCC will be on the map when you have got majority of them working in the US .You should send atleast 1 doctor to every country in the world because there are thousands of people who could benefit from you people.

I am from Pakistan and I cant find any here. Please send one here.

  • @kingofuganda It also has to do with the fact that when you "push on your atlas" you are using muscles which put tension on the spine so it won't move ... besides the fact that you are also probably not doing it laying on the proper table so that gravity is helping rather than hindering!

Just because you "tested" this out doesn't mean that it was an EFFECTIVE OR SCIENTIFIC TEST!

  • AO is effective. I Practice NUCCA, an orthogonal upper cervical technique that uses touch, not a machine. Both have incredible results on structure, and WHOLE body function.

  • i cant believe that a slight "vibration" can move the atlas bone. i can put as much pressure with my fingers on my atlas bone as i want, it doesnt move.

  • @kingofuganda "pressure" and "vibration" are two entirely different forces to induce movement. Seek upper cervical chiropractic care.

  • @kingofuganda It also has to do with muscles in your spine constantly working to correct subluxation, or pressure on the nervous system. If the muscles cannot exert the requisite amount of force then a chiropractor needs to remove the interference. Sometimes only a small amount of force is necessary for the body to utilize for it to correct the subluxation within itself. Also, these muscles are controlled by the brainstem so if there is pressure on your brainstem then the rest of your spine.....

  • @kingofuganda Do not put pressure on your atlas bone because you do not know if you are moving it or not. Only the objective, scientific instrumentation of a U,C,S only can determine if your atlas is in the orthogonal position or not. The earlier in life a person is checked the better. That is because the trauma of birth potentially can be the beginning of a problem that does not need to occur.

  • It's wonderful that another one of the five Upper Cervical techniques is reaching media exposure. Upper Cervical Care is one of the fastest growing sciences being recognized in 2010 at the Jerusalem Conference on alternative health care options by European MD's. More info is available at GetWellGetHealthy and locating a UC DC is easy at upcspine .

  • Thank you , this is going in my playlist. What a short and powerful explanation. Beautiful. I've experienced the power of this after struggling for years.

  • this was a really good informative video, quick and premise, and jam packed

  • I will have this done in Germany in april with the atlantotec method.

  • I mean pediatric wards I hope you see that mistake.

  • @kobidobidog This is not a mistake. a very gentle movement is required to reposition the bone only if necessary. lisen to mucc us/, and you will hear of testimonials of humans and their infants doing much better when being treated.even a c section can begin a problem that does not need to occur .

  • This s fantastic stuff. Sherman Collage teaches this, and the Duff method. The applications for this kind of care is endless. Have the athletes get this care in their off season to let their body get used to the new position. Mental patents can benefit from this care too.

whoever is using drugs for whatever can potently benefit from this care.

  • beginnings of a problem can begin from birth, baby has no brain memory, and atlas can easily shift, and imperceptibly get worse over time. How thick your spinal disks determines how well you respond to care. Light version of the light toggle recoil can be used on infants only if needed. Be checked, keep appointments to be sure the atlas is staying in the right place. Adjustment is painless. Prevention is best. Stay away from pharmaceuticals, and vaccinations.lupus, MS, AIDS, helped, upcspine.

  • I had back and neck pain for several years and went to the hospital to get it checked out and they told me they couldn't find anything wrong with me. However, I still felt pain and took a bunch of painkillers everyday.

I decided to check out the upper cervical place after someone recommended it to me and it actually worked.

  • Which specific technique did your chiro use?

  • has anyone had any problem with upper cervical cares?

  • I was nervous when I went for my first adjustment, it took three times to put my atlas back to orthogonal 90 degree (neutral) position. It is very mathmatical and safe.

  • I'm guessing you went to an Orthogonal practitioner????

  • You be right. We spoke on "The Doctors -- Upper Cervical" video.

  • You're right. We did chat before. =P How's your progress?

  • Going quite well--I just go in once a month now. The longest I have held the adjustment is four months.

  • Hey, how's your progress going on the adjustments and how long have you been going to treatment now? Also, what did you chiro say happened to your atlas and etc? I just started seeing a Blair practitioner cuz the AO cost way too much and have had my 2nd adjustment to my c2 today. My body is in so much pain though but I'm glad since it's telling me that something actually moved in my bone since the adjustments itself don't feel like anything. lol

  • Hello, cmmnsense. Not much has changed really--I still go just once a month. I have been going since October 2008. My atlas was displaced five degrees to the right (it had been like that for years). My AO chiro thought it was due to football, martial arts, and a car wreck I was in back in 2002. He is also a nutritionist, so I take four products now to maintain health (I also had a chronic immune problem). If the ragweed was high, for example, it would make me feel like hell.

  • Do you go in because there continues to be misalignments or just to see if everything's fine? I'm amazed by the tranformations I'm beginning to feel and see and it's only been my second visit..

  • @cmmnsense

Mainly just to be sure everything is fine. Sometimes I need adjusting--somtimes not.

  • @BCCButters711 You are extremity smart to stay on top of things after the initial adjustment to keeping appointments.

  • @BCCButters711 BE patient it took your body a while to get in the condition you are in, and it will talk a while to improve, but your own observations are not enough to know how much good is occurring. Have the atlas remain centered, level and in a neutral position under what is called the foreman magnum, and the body will get better over time. Everyone will be different acording to how much damage occur, many times beginning at at birth itself.

  • It gave me my life back! I had tried traditional chiropractic for years... Upper Cervical was what I needed.... I'm so grateful! :)

  • 7-16-09. Atlas orthogonal treatment changed my life 7-15-09. I limped/ poor coordination/severe neuralgia (nerve pain) in my left tricep/left ear. I saw 11 doctors, including two of chiropractors. Hallelujah! The limping issues were from a bad atlas placement from whiplash. The severe neuralgia pain/balance issues were to blame on a misaligned rib and C2. Working on both, the neuralgia vastly improved the first day. I slept four hours in a row for first time since 3-13-09. Dont ever give up!

  • who can do this treatment well and safley? i live in somerset uk? anyone know???

    thanks

  • After getting a few adjustments it felt my body get ten years younger

  • Which method did you use? Manual of instrument?

  • Manual

  • Awesome video. Everyone needs their head to be put on straight. Great work. Go Upper Cervical!

  • Upper cervical specific all the way, Can be used as a preventative!

Don't wait for symptoms. Go to one right now! don't go to a full spine chiropractor.

A diversified chiropractor is a full spine chiropractor.

  • Have yourself checked for any imbalances to be corrected, uncorrected imbalances they will get worse over time. Your first imbalance can begin with the trauma of birth.. The light toggle recoil is also a great technique as well, done with the hands. upcspine has a list of practitioners in each state and internationally as well. Upper cervical specific Ask each practitioner if they are full spine or not they don't follow the principles of what you see in this video.

  • Finally I believe within the past month I have learned more knowledge about my condition Fibromyalgia then I learned in over 3 years.

Between learning about Atlas/Occipital adjustment and the Trager Method for trigger point and muscle awareness. I am starting to think like a doctor and am figuring out the root causes of FMS. I know I made the right choice by going this route then doing pharmaceutical drugs because this is getting to the route.

  • This is a great and understandable !! The world will soon know and understand all life and function is comming through the brain stem if it stressd on or disrupted in any way it can cause thousands of conditions in any part of the body or its functions. UPPER CERVICAL SAVED MY LIFE AND THOUSANDS OF OTHERS!!!!! WERE ARE YOU PEOPLE POST YOUR EXPERIENCE YOU KNOW THE TRUTH HELP OTHER PEOPLE FIND IT !
