  • This is awesome!!!

  • IS THAT CHI FROM CHOBITS?!

    I:

  • Could u do a vanilla cake instead of chocolate?

  • @myfuncpfriends If you want to make a vanilla cake, just change the felt colours. ^^ I might do a different felt cake tutorial down the track, but don't think a new one is necessary at the moment.

  • @Evalrie oh okay thanks and cool!!!!!

  • cute ^_^

  • loved the strawberry part and i think the frosting looking thing.

  • what did u do with the ends of the wafer plz reply i loved the vid btw

  • @4lyfShivi Not sure what you mean. Nothing was done to the ends of the wafer. the threads were knotted off inside so it didn't show. =) If you're worried about it becoming undone, dab a bit of glue on top.

  • i had absolutely nothing from this list and now im gonna buyy everything gonna cost lol

  • omg the pic of u nd i think ur sis or sumin is awsome and the cake is sooo goood enough to eat and i soo wanna make it ive watched it many many times

  • how big was the bottom circle?

  • @AnimePrincess37991 Think Jia just made hers about 10cm in diameter. Of course, size of the bottom circle depends entirely on how big a cake box you wish to make. ^^

  • Could you use cardstock too? Or would it be too light to hold items in??

  • @rainbowcowsonice You can use cardstock and then have the felt covering it. Unless you mean no felt, only cardstock...I haven't tried so not sure =/

  • so cute im so making this!

  • I'm gonna do this for my friend as a birthday present. She loves cake and cute things, so this is gonna be perfect! :D

  • soo cute!!! i want to eat it!!!! XD

  • where did you buy your light pink felt?

because i went to walmart and i couldn't find it :(

  • @Primbelle I wouldn't know where to buy it in the US, sorry, as I'm from Australia and bought mine at Spotlight/Lincraft.

  • @Primbelle Try Joann's Fabric thats where I get mine from.

  • @karutouchiha : okayy!

    thank you very much!

do you remember the cost? :D

i made it for my friend already, (with out the pink) and my friend loved it! thank you evalrie!

  • @Primbelle They have like these individual sheets and it cost 29 cents

  • @karutouchiha alrighty! thank you so much karutouchiha! :D you really helped me there haha!

  • @Primbelle No problamo, glad I could help

  • how do u make the pink rose? *-*

  • @mzzrenkka That's a random origami Jia made. She says she'll put it on her requests list for when she has time

  • That is soo cute!! I wanna try to make one, but I have a feeling it's gonna turn out ugly... anyway, great video :)

  • @fruttichocolates This looks to yummy to go wrong! I don't think yours will turn out that bad. Give it a try and surprise yourself :)

  • Hi ! I was wondering :D

If we don't really want this to be a box, could you tell me what steps not to do and replace it with what? I'd love to make this into a plushie much more than a box for my friend's birthday present :)

  • @BangItzKay You could just leave out the cardboard and inner felt lining, stitch the outside together and stuff it. Essentially make it like my Mini Felt Fruit Cake, but on a larger scale. :)

  • how do you make the pink cake slice :0

  • @yehjeaner Erm...pretty much just sew a few triangles together. I'll ask Jia if she wants to make a tute on that one... =)

  • what kind of cardboard do u use?

  • @jellyfishcharms I just used normal, thin cardboard. You don't want it too thick as the felt adds on thickness.

  • hi! i tried the deviant art link but it doesnt seem to work D: can u plz post a new one? thanx

  • @jellyfishcharms I tried the link myself; it works. Try it again later. Otherwise, email me and i'll send you the file.

  • where do they sell the felt sheet and the stuffing? i dont wanna buy it online.

  • @xxmeruldxx Depends where you live. I buy mine from the local craft store.

  • @Evalrie thanx then..

    :D

  • OMG , TOO Cool !
