I think the story would be too complex for a movie. For a series or mini-series., yeas, but I don't see how you can cram the story of FF6 into four hours or less.

Honestly, there is probably 3 hours of story... The rest of the time spent is grinding or battling crappy bosses. I'd say you could do it easily with somebody like Peter Jackson.

For three hours, you'd have to cut out a LOT. If you played out all the major story scenes from the game without any setup, atmosphere, or "dead space" it would be several hours long in of itself.

yeah, it does have one of the best stories I've ever heard; but like nangbaby said, it's way too long for a movie.

Sadly, I don't. There's an entire day (Day 18) that's missing because the video file is "corrupt." Part of another day was almost missing, although right now I can't remember which.

If there's one you want to see, let me know. I might have it, and at worst, I can get it for you in a few days (I'll just play through the game to that point).

I'm not sure if I left a comment on here before, but I gotta say how much this video has been helping me. I am in the process of drawing the story of FF6 in comic form, and I have checked out this video countless times for dialogue, character and town design, etc. So thank you for this. i'll clear it up for u. the ff 3 u know of is ff 6. some versions were not released in america at the time so they called this one 3. same goes for the american version of ff 2 which is ff 4.

Not the entire game. I don't think YouTube will allow it and there are a few moments where my capture device simply messed up. Furthermore there are parts of the game I skipped. But you can see the first hour and thirty minutes of gameplay.
