The front should only be tinted, but not all of it. And the back windows should be clear. It is a hazard to have tinted back windows because it is harder to see what is behind you.

I refuse to take my tint off! They have more serious issues they can be worrying about than tinted windows! Not everyone that has their windows tinted is shady & criminals! It's called PROFILING!

@jshaw6000 Well the judge has never said anything when I have been in court over other driving infractions & my insurance has never went up or the company ever said anything about it. So I'm not worried about it if their not. If they pull my liscense I'll pay the fee to get them back. Still not removing the tint.

COPS HAVE RULES TO FOLLOW TOO!!! (not yelling @ you) Driving while talking on a cell phone is no less dangerous for a cop than a civilian, nor is playing on the laptop, which is even more dangerous than texting.
