@theycallmekeif I do every night, Chakra 1-7 on repeat. As for dreams, I can relate. However, the dreams being intense or vivid stops if you practice meditation while awake frequently. I believe they are vivid because you are still re-aligning your mind back to center, that plus being asleep might be why. I experienced the same thing when I started, but now it is either lucid dreaming or very tranquil ones.

I don't know why but when I did the heart, the heart went unsyncro. Maybe there was too much bad cargo or something... Really bizarre.

Just to let everyone know, any chakra opening sounds or meditation sounds are always best listened to with headphones.Not having other environmental noises pollute the sound gives higher quality and each individual sound (even the little unnoticeable ones) better chance to sink in. namaste

In the traditional Indian schema, Muladhara is the root chakra at the base of the spine, the coccyx or perineum. Swadhisthana is the genital chakra at the level of the genitals. In some modern schemas, Muladhara is the entire genital region and Swadhisthana as the 2nd chakra is placed at the navel. I like the latter best myself, as it produces a schema where they are all equadistant from each other, as I imagine they are on the etheric or psychic level.
