You act like Easy Company was the only company that fought at D-Day and the only heroes. That's what Band of Brothers makes you believe. I bet half of the people wouldn't even know about Easy Company until Band of Brothers. They were just another company on the front my friend. But there were many more heroes and battalions. American films are all like that. you were fighting in europe for two years, Germans were fighting for 5. Germans were fighting on two sides and outnumbered. They still cased more deaths than they lost fighting. The Gemran army was the best in the world.
