Honestly I would give this a score of 6.5 or 7. The game is pretty good, I really liked it, BIGGEST problem though is the controls feel way clunky, but other then that, I really liked it.

trust me this game is fun... BUT it gets repetitive and by getting repetitive it gets boring... yeah sure its cool when u first play it... then the "repetitive" part comes in after 8 levels... just shoot slash...THATS it... storyline not that great and most common... Game was a huge disappointment. The gameplay/combat is very sweet and the music is great and the scenery is well done and the concept is really awesome too. But they somehow managed to take all of that and make a really mediocre game overall.
The first couple of levels are a lot of fun, but then it gets boring and frustrating quick. Could have done much better with all the assets this game had going for it.

I have Wet for 360 and it's ok, but I wouldn't pay more than $30.00 for it new. There are some things I didn't like such as the Boneyard challenges (running through hoops reminds me of Superman 64) and the "Rubi vision" parts where the screen goes red and black.
Other than those two things, it's a decent game, but there are better games of this type out there. Max Payne being one of them.
This game is like Prince of persia, tomb raider, and kill bill all in one. Sounds great to me and it looks good to me because i can appreciate all graphics the graphics from aliens on ps1 are still beautiful to me.

Dude Bayonetta and WET are two totally different types of games. If you're a fan of Devil May Cry you would like Bayonetta, it looks like a rip of it anyways. And if you like Max Payne then you would like WET. I personally think they're both awesome.
They are pretty similar-Both games are 3rd person action games: Both feature guns&katanas; Both feature a young sexy female protagonist: Both games have a "bullet-time" mechanic. Both games feature impressive acrobatics. Both of the games characters duel weild pistols- many similarities between the two! Wheelman isn't worth getting compared to Wet and Tekken 6. Tekken 6 has a better re-playability factor which means it would have more gameplay time and ultimately is a better game than Wet, though wet does have different gameplay to Tekken. I'd leave it down to personal taste, if you've played the other Tekken games and enjoyed them then get that.
This game is in my top 5 by far (can you tell?) The only problem is that it is a little short. BTW, the music fits perfectly. I don't listen to that music typically, but when I was playing this game it sounded amazing. It gets you psyched up, and helps you immerse yourself in the game.
I have never understod why so many people think this game is bad. I swear if it isn't the typical games, it's automatically hated (GTA4,UNCHARTED,MGS,HALO).
The only problem I see is the soundtrack actually. The music just doesn't fit. Now Turn the volume all the way down and put on some Deth Metal and it's completly epic.
While I respect your opinion I have to say that really the soundtrack is completely lacking. It's just too lighthearted for something as awesome as this game.
I loved the soundtrack, I would have only wanted more mexican-centric tracks. Death Metal I feel wouldn't suit it because it's too dark and heavy as the game is more dirty/rough as opposed to dark.
I too thought that the Soundtrack was fantastic. It really adds to the mood of the game. Mexican tracks though? I don't know about that. In some places (like her home, in Texas) they might work, but you are generally fighting asians. I agree about the death metal though. To heavy.
If you read the back of the box, it says the overall look of the game (for example, the animation when rubi drinks, the film marks when your health is low, and the drive in commercials) was supposed to feel like a movie from the 70's. The soundtrack totally backs that up and gives a really amazing feel to this game.
Its unbelievable that kids these days put graphics before gameplay. Hell a company could release a game with nothing in it but a ultra realistic horses ass and and people would probably be all over it.

Splinter Cell Conviction, Left 4 Dead 2, and Alan Wake (which will be the hits of late 2009 and upcoming 2010) kills PS3 games upcoming. Forza Motorsport, Gears of War, Halo, Assassins and WET kills every other game PS3 has. Multi-platform games are always better, game developers know it.
I agree, all those are kick-ass games and I love my 360. However I find all this "my system kills your system" wanking rather lame though. For one I'd love to play Uncharted 1 and 2 but I ain't shelling out $300 for a PS3 just for a few games that aren't on the 360. Its only thirteen chapters, it doesnt take long considering the game. But the acrobatic parts have killed me so much that its taken a day o so.

Wheelman isn't worth getting compared to Wet and Tekken 6. Tekken 6 has a better re-playability factor which means it would have more gameplay time and ultimately is a better game than Wet, though wet does have different gameplay to Tekken. I'd leave it down to personal taste, if you've played the other Tekken games and enjoyed them then get that.

This game is in my top 5 by far (can you tell?) The only problem is that it is a little short. BTW, the music fits perfectly. I don't listen to that music typically, but when I was playing this game it sounded amazing. It gets you psyched up, and helps you immerse yourself in the game.

Wheelman and Wet are rubbish, though Wet is fun at times. Tekken 6 is good, but has nothing to do with the above mentioned games.

I have never understod why so many people think this game is bad. I swear if it isn't the typical games, it's automatically hated (GTA4,UNCHARTED,MGS,HALO).

The only problem I see is the soundtrack actually. The music just doesn't fit. Now Turn the volume all the way down and put on some Deth Metal and it's completly epic.

I loved the soundtrack, I would have only wanted more mexican-centric tracks. Death Metal I feel wouldn't suit it because it's too dark and heavy as the game is more dirty/rough as opposed to dark.

I too thought that the Soundtrack was fantastic. It really adds to the mood of the game. Mexican tracks though? I don't know about that. In some places (like her home, in Texas) they might work, but you are generally fighting asians. I agree about the death metal though. To heavy.

If you read the back of the box, it says the overall look of the game (for example, the animation when rubi drinks, the film marks when your health is low, and the drive in commercials) was supposed to feel like a movie from the 70's. The soundtrack totally backs that up and gives a really amazing feel to this game.

Its unbelievable that kids these days put graphics before gameplay. Hell a company could release a game with nothing in it but a ultra realistic horses ass and and people would probably be all over it.

you are aware that the graphics in WET arent that good though and it is indeed about its game play but then you might be replying to some message i have missed. i dont know and dont want to start a flame war here but hey this is the way it goes. games will always look better and i wouldnt mind if WET looked a bit better but the game play is fun. i think its a combination of both.

I do admit, I think good graphics on a game 'helps" the game be a good game, but it's still about game play.
I'd play this game even if it had Goldeneye 64 graphics.

It's stupid how the game has u shooting at real people and doing cool stuff for the first 2 levels then has you pratice what you already know and probably mastered against wooden targets for the third. Simply in there to have some more time playing.

Splinter Cell Conviction, Left 4 Dead 2, and Alan Wake (which will be the hits of late 2009 and upcoming 2010) kills PS3 games upcoming. Forza Motorsport, Gears of War, Halo, Assassins and WET kills every other game PS3 has. Multi-platform games are always better, game developers know it.

I agree, all those are kick-ass games and I love my 360. However I find all this "my system kills your system" wanking rather lame though. For one I'd love to play Uncharted 1 and 2 but I ain't shelling out $300 for a PS3 just for a few games that aren't on the 360. Plus to the chagrin of some PS3ers who selfishly wanted an exclusive, Final Fantasy XIII *IS* coming to the 360. That
