  • LOL Bing, for a minute there it looked like Hunter left You behind. I know you were just letting him solo. LOL He is an outstanding talent. Turkey In The Straw has been a hard one for me to learn. makes me more determined to "get it right".

  • good job guys!!

  • shit-hot..........nice 1.

  • wow rock on u guys sound great

  • Hunter Walker is an amazing young man, I've watched him pick up an instrument & just start playing it, he is very gifted. It also spills out in his social skills, he talked me into joining group again, today for the first time in many months I started playing the dulcimer again, he also gave me a nice concert of Turkey In The Straw, just amazing, & then at the same time landed himself a gig for pre show & intermission, I think we'll hear a lot from Hunter over the years.

  • You're right about that!

  • They like me, they really like me!!! HAHAHAH! Sorry for the bad syncopation you guys!

  • Ok I'm getting the duct tape, and tape you to the ground until your head shrinks ;)

  • K smarty!

  • Hey Bing, thanks for the great video. Man Hunter sure can make that dulcimer fly!

  • Hunter is the guy to watch. He's blowin' up already!

  • Thanks, Bing, for your encouragement for young Hunter Walker. He's loving the dulcimer, and wants to make it zing.

  • no thanks required - Hunter is a class act and I'm so pleased to know him as he ascends into his realm!

  • Hunter is wonderful !! Does he have his own videos somewhere? Send the link please !!

  • I think its a bass box but not totally sure

  • Not far removed from a bass box.

  • Wonderful Bing! I really loved it!

What's the name of that instrument that looks like a huge kalimba that lady was playing in the last song?

  • Thanks sir! That is called a Marímbula - it's a Carribean folk instrument. Very cool - don't you want one now?

  • Nice one Bing, this one was one of my favorites!

  • The subject matter definitely helps, eh? Great job!

  • Excellent choices. That was a funny version of the old Turkey.

  • Thanks for watching!

  • Another awesome video. Hunter is the West Virginia State Champion in Youth Division won at Vandalia, 2008. He has a passion for learning and playing music. Hope to see more from him. Tish Westman

  • There's a short interview coming up from his showing at Roscoe Village, though I didn't get any footage of his competition performance because I was judging. : )
