Is there anything other than the gutter leaf that one can use the water besides bleach and what type of bleach are you refering to is it household bleach.

Loved the tip on Krylon paint. I will be painting the ones I'm getting. They look some much better painted.

I liked the ideas of the shut off vales.

@badboyorganics The Krylon paint worked well. Home Depot has plastic spray paint from Rust Oleum, have not used that product yet.

I painted one of my barrels. Just to do the sides it took two cans so far and some time to wait before the next coat. Not sure if it was worth painting.

Do you have anymore recommendations or tips?

@badboyorganics Thanks Devin ! The shut off valves sure seemed to help in the long run. I have 2 additional barrels that we be added to this system in the near future. Ralph
