I feel sorry for Lex too. I don't believe he is ALL evil--the fact that he can love Lana proves that. I just wish he wasn't given the short end of the stick so he didn't turn out to be really bad.

I loved the idea of the best of friends becoming lovers... if they weren't going to end up together, I wish the writers would've given Lana a little more decency in terms of leading Lex on, and made Lex a little less obsessed. It would've been great if Lana's death and/or departure lead to Lex's downfall; as the final straw on the camel's back.

In the smallville episode wither, everybody was having fun with their couples and at the end of the episode they show clark all alone in his loft. Felt kinda sorry for him.
I remember the scene when this song took place,after lex's ancient dress party...loise was "playing hard to get" game with Oliver Queen...and lana and lex made out in their mansion...while clark was bleedin and saving the world...felt so sorry for him...and in the end of the scene,clark is all alone sittin at a corner of his room playing with a tennis ball...while lexana's were full on making love...felt sorry for clark
I understand that Lex may supposedly care for Lana, but if he does, then why does he always seem to lie to her? He's doing exactly what Clark did. He's honest about the way he feels about her, but he's not honest about anything else. That's why Clark lost her, and that's why Lex will lose her too. In the finale, lana's going to tell Lex that their marriage is over, and he's going to regret his dishonesty.
Chemistry, Schmemistry. As far as the comics are concerned, she marries Pete Ross, he becomes the quintessential Evil Overlord, and Clark gets together with Lois. Besides that, he's only using her as an incubator for that freakish baby of his.
That being said, I really like the song, and the video itself is very well-made.

Great job on the video...but I completely and utterly HATE the Lexana relationship. I know Clark and Lois have to get together for the story to work, but I was in love with the Clana era. I hate to see Lana with Clark's enemy. They were so great together.
