I remember I emailed the Judge through his website literally about a week before this interview and explained to him how big of a fan I was of his work and mentioned that I went to a speech of his last year. And went on to say how I felt he gave Bachmann a pass because he never confronted her on the issue of the Patriot Act. Is it a coincidence that he asked her this a week after I sent it? Perhaps, but glad he asked her nonetheless despite her political babble answer of zero substance.
