That's pretty risky, Walthamstow bus station is known for its high security and CCTV operating 24/7. I've read somewhere that someone tried to take some photos there and he got caught.

45mph maximum allowed speed, but last number on speedo is 60, some trains have speedo graduated to 65mph.

Not directly. But you need to change at Piccadilly Circus for the Bakerloo line which will take you to Oxford Circus.
