I had what might be considered a "small" health problem (eczemza) but soon realized that it was an indication of a much more widespread issue (gluten sensitivity - which for me also meant absorbtion and, probably, liver problems). Thanks to people like you (Kevin & Ann Marie, Matt & Angela and, of course, my Main Man, :D, McDonald), I'm learning how to help my body heal itself. Thanks for all you are doing! Blessings!
i had first watched your video on chia recipe and really found it very helpful. i then subscribed to your channel.
your story is so amazing and so inspirational. i'm glad you have regained your health. i love your motto "never give up any food until you find something better." i do believe you have helped a lot o people with your videos, & will surely help more. thank you for sharing!
keep up your good work! look forward to see more of your videos!
Wow 84 pounds. I'm curious how you turned it around.
A friend of mine was down to 90 pounds fully dressed 6 years ago, got up to 105 with a major diet and exercise change, but a couple weeks ago was under 100 fully dressed and losing all energy.
Since then I've been fermenting a lot of vegetables and making kimchi. My friend has been eating this every day and is doing much better now.
Thank you so much for wanting to help other people. Your story and your video definitely help me! You look so radiant, and also so young, and I am happy you were able to heal yourself. I really believe in the power of raw food. But sometimes I find it a little bit difficult to stay raw, and then videos like yours gives me strength : )
I was also told by doctors and surgeons that I would have to put up with Crohn's disease for the rest of my life (either by using drugs or by removing my colon). ... I was told by my surgeon that a change in diet would not help my condition.
My quest for a cure also led me to raw foods and I'm happy to say that I can now live in a healthy body.
Doctor's and skeptics alike can doubt all they want, but we both know that the "impossible" is POSSIBLE!
It is said that, everything happens for a reason but unfortunately for you, you became ill but the reason was so you could get into the raw food world and HELP OTHERS!
Thank you for sharing your story.. I am so happy for you and glad you have found relief and healing from your ailments. I hope to do the same. I am not 100% raw but have had periods of it in the past and have felt wonderful. I'd like to ultimately work up to be moderately-high raw for a lifestyle but mostly I want to just be HEALTHY. I plan to buy your book as soon as I am financially able to. GOD BLESS YOU.
That is so amazing. THank you so much for sharing your story! My problem is it seems like I dont have willpower. My daughter wants me to each a chicken nugget, and she doesnt have to try hard, I know I shoudnt and get mad at myself, but do it anyway. I am hoping thru learning more about raw foods I can get in better health also! :)
Wow a incredible story thank you for sharing. :)
