  • i have hyperpigmentation from post back acne..it seems like no matter how much i exfoliate, the scars dont seem to fade.. will this dyi work? p.s thanks for replying to my earlier comment! youre awesome!

  • @mzmaui88 need to do a routine with vitamin c to help fade but if it's bad add another fade lotion for daily use too =) exfoliate the spots 2-3 x a week, mask 2-3 x a week, vitamin c serum at night, and a fading cream/lotion daily. Keep up with the routine to get amazing skin. I used to have it all over my face so I know it's a pain to deal with.

  • in your opinion what's the best OTC product that can be used to fade hyperpigmentation

  • @urMamaMuthaSukka I used to use Palmer's skin success that has hydroqiunone and works effectively that comes as a soap, lotion, or cream for all skin types. I just found a natural one called c. booth derma that contains kojic acid =)

  • Hi Lisa, thanks for responding :). To clarify, u purchase glycolic acid @ drugstore & the brand is C. Booth? Thanks!

  • @china33ful yes =)

  • The intro is so cute! Lol. Do you think this is suitable for sensitive skin (I left a similar question on your most recent skinME video) xox

  • @peachsbeautyfamily Yes again babe=) Just make sure to test this on your wrist to see if you have allergy to egg or some irritation before applying to your whole face.

  • @BeautySplurge Thanks for replying to both my questions! I'm loving this skinME series xox :)

  • allergic to cucumber-_-

  • @starfireneeki still can use this by skipping the cucumber and add water instead =)

  • How long do the left overs last for?

  • @lorybunny7 1 week

  • Awesome video. Thanks so much your skin is so pretty and clear. I had a question, how often do you use the mask? Also can you do an updated skin care and foundation routine please. Oh and can you do how to minimize wrinkles under the eyes please.

  • @Stormsta20 I use it 2-3 times a week =) I will do a update soon and thank you!

  • So I've been using this all week and WOW! After the first use, my skin looked so hydrated and brighter. I looked like I'd had tons of sleep and water. My skin is the smoothest I can remember it being in ages. It feels great, doesn't irritate/itch. Thanks! I substituted the egg for yoghurt.

  • @sha8808 Awesome babe =) It's amazing feeling how great our skin looks and feel! I'm so glad you get to try it and see results sweetie. Thanks for the love and feed back!

    Lisa

  • hey love back again to the video hahaa , so can you please do a mask about black heads ? plzz , that would make me so happy cuz i've tried alot of masks but nothing works for me

  • @kettycat1993 I will post a topic on getting rid of black heads and mask don't work effectively. I used to get black head all the time so will share my secrets hehe

  • wow.. this sounds amazing..

my mom and i cant wait to try it out.. =)

    i have a question,

the mask has the quantity to last for week. so do we keep it in the fridge or in the open?

    Thanks so much..

    <3

  • @Issra92 You will love it and store the rest in the fridge for a week to use =)

  • Hey Lisa! I was told once that hydroquinone causes cancer..? Is it really safe to use on skin?

  • @xoAngel707xo I have used to for bad acne marks in combo w/natural alternatives. It's really about not using hydroquinone for long term & in high does. It's only available in 2% OTC & 4% as a RX. It's ban in a few countries b/c it may become a carcinogen form over use & high dose. The dose makes the poison so only use it if you have severe marks like I did but stop when it's all cleared up.

  • @xoAngel707xo Natural alternatives is Arbutin that makes hydroquinone or licorice extract/vitamin C for almost similar results. I wouldn't use arbutin for long term since it's similar to hydroquinone either but it's in BB creams for cover up.

  • thnx you love for this skinME videos , they're super helpfull i love them , especially this one cuz the ingredient are simple and easy to find

btw do you keep the rest of the mask to use it another time ? is it okey , even if it has egg white on it ?

  • @kettycat1993 I keep it for over a week and the honey helps fight bacteria from growing =)

  • @BeautySplurge that awesome !! , thnx hun for responding ^___^

  • I have pretty severe acne on my cheeks so will this help me? Or is it just for acne scars?

  • @hridi101 It will help fade along with other lightening products. I used to have bad ones but it's important to stick to a routine to see a difference. It's good to use natural lightenings and can always add hydroquinone if you need extra help an can tolerate it.

  • Thanks Lisa! I guess u answered one of my question in response to one of your comments. Definitely, "Glycolic Acid" what skincare issues it addresses, how-to's, any DIY options or do we have to purchase an over-the-counter. Your knowledge & desire to share is awesome!!!

  • @RiiaStila I have to watch that to see what you are talking about hehe THanks

  • its easier if you do just plain yogurt and the lemon and you can use that every day and watch your acne and acne scars clear up and your skin whitein

  • @abeerkhan3 I wanted to make a recipe that will last over a week so honey is added to prevent bacterial from growing and egg whites is optional but great to firm the skin and minimize pores. Also, cucumber to hydrate and contains vitamin c=) I'm 26 so like to focus on anti-aging with acne.

  • Hi Lisa Always such great videos much love oxox Melinda

  • Where can i get glycolic peels?

  • @x3delicioussssh sephora and many beauty stores but you can also add this to your routine in a serum or moisturizer if needed. Guess my talk about glycolic acid need to be discuss in a future video =)

  • @BeautySplurge thanks! but like do you have any specific brand suggestions? i also tried looking some up on sephora and ultas websites and i cant seem to find any. HELP!

  • @x3delicioussssh Sephora has Brazilian gylcolic peel, DDF, doctorderma, peter thomas... if you enter glycolic acid in sephora's serach engine they you will get a list to read about reviews. I personally only tried celazome gly-lotion almost daily since I do other things to prevent the need to use use more brands.

  • I'm loving your style of videos! The DIY tip videos are so helpful, my skin is really bad with acne and rosacea any tips of yours are appreciated!!!! Your so beautiful !!

  • @elyanecash1 I went to an acne conventions a few months ago and would to do a few videos on just acne but many things to help relieve rosacea too. I used to have eczema often as a teen so know how it feel to have redness all over my t-zone.

  • Tooo mUCH EDITING !!!

Please Try to make it clear...Your videos are Blurred as well...

  • @yaminijohar The video is in HD at 720 p to watch so change from 320p please=) Many enjoyed the helpful information with the editing. I thought the flow was great with an intro to skin lightening by teaching you ingredients to look into if shopping for skin care lightening products. Thanks for you suggestion.

  • @BeautySplurge I Dont know about Others Lisa !! But What I felt was You did soo Much editing !! Like Where You Put Your hand to click actually the Box is not there..If you dont know how to do it corect then dont add it..It Gives a bad image to the video !! Ugghh..Leave There are many mistakes !!

  • @yaminijohar I think your connection may have a delay but I built the transparent boxes to disappear when click. I wanted to be a fun virtual intro and all the boxes with the vocabulary were in the right places =) I am a passionate editor lately but opened to hear your thoughts. I don't think you get my concept since you are the only one that is complaining about it.

  • where are you from? you seem to have a pretty strong accent :)

  • @jennaleeforu upstate ny... east coast baby =)

  • @china33ful The vitamin C serum is amazing and save so much doing it yourself with better efficacy =) I like to post DIY that works and it's important to understand natural and synthetic ingredients that will help for everyone's skin issues and type.

  • make a good eye cream ;)

  • @sunlightwomen I will had to test a few before posting =)

  • Hi babe... I would like to know .. what inspired you to make this mask.. especially in regards to the ingredients you choose to work with? Do you specifically look for items that contain a certain "pro-skin" elements in it before putting them all together? :) <3.

  • @annadiego It's like chemistry for me to combine products and ingredients that will interact well together for better skin results. Also, I grew up with some skin products that made me want to heal me skin and help others when I was in the healthcare field. I still miss helping people out by recommending products or change their skin care routine so thought I would share it on here =)

  • could you do a video on just removing acne scars but not whitening?

  • @91anjelic Yes, I can show a routine to get rid of them but you will need to use a natural or synthetic lightening product that I mentioned the ingredients in this video. My goal for another video to do =)

  • Love your DIY videos =)

  • @91anjelic thanks <3

  • @anzfalcon =)

  • y is,it called cheese cake theres no cheese

  • @jola3401 Most of the ingredients are used to make cheesecake like sugar/honey, dairy/yogurt, eggs, and lemon... except for cheese and cucumbers. Taske like it too before I add the egg whites of course.
