The GREAT DRAGON BALL GAME!!! I started it, played everything, the extras, played again. SO GREAT!!! This game is the base for the all others!! Open your eyes and see the same base. Sega Saturn PAL game is the BEST. Has the aurea (only game that has it) and is simple and THE BEST.

@047Rui I couldn't read japanese so I didn't even know there was a special mode. Aside from the characters you get for beating story mode, I remember you can also unlock Bardock, but that's it.

but first you nead to finhis the story mode. pss:im in the batle N' 7 (Trunks vs Frezer) its realy hard, my friend says then the special mode have more than 50 batles, end there is one batle when you are alone agaist the 3 majin boos.oO

@047Rui No Broly, at least not in the Playstation version, but I doubt the other versions were different. If you think about it, there are no movie characters, except Bardock (who was seen outside of a movie on a few occasions). Battle against 3 buus alone huh? That sounds hard. I tried SSJ Vegeto, SSJ3 Goku, and Majin Vegeta or SSJ3 Gotenks against them and had some trouble XD!

I bought this game off of ebay and i cannot play it due to its a nstc (Japanese) or whatever format. how did u mod ur ps1/ ps2 to play this game? I would love to see/ or hear how u did this. that would be epic because all this talk of modding and magic keys and everything is so confusing. Thanks!

@TakumiKisaragi Well, roughly 7 or 8 years ago there was a local shop who would mod PS1's for $50. Its long been closed, and that kind of service is now really scarce in the USA. From what I know, you could buy a modded PS1 or PS2 from ebay or a Canadian website (how I got my modded PS2), that or you can just play this game via roms (if it exists in that form). That's as much as I know, sorry =/

Here's an easier method. You have a PS2? Good. You have a PS1 game? Good.

Make a Magic Key out of an old credit card. Pop the PS1 disc into the PS2, but go to the Browse option once you start up your PS2. Wait for the PS2 to recognize it's a PS1 disc. Now use the magic key and swap out the original disc for the Japanese disc. I believe that should work.

you depend too much in those hard blows but you dont know how to counter them try to use more ki blasts while dashing and abuse the meteor attack its very effective also your enemies are defenseless during that attack if do that you will win with little trouble

i almost forgot this tip you will love it make your enemy use is energy while conserving yours then when they retreat to recharge harass them with little shots one or two will suffice then attack rinse and repeat until the fool deplete is energy NOW THATS THE TIME TO PUMMEL HIM WITH HARD BLOWS LIKE CRAZY or you can also deplete is energy and shoot him and recharge JUST A LITTLE of your energy now punch him recharge some more the beauty of this is the fact that he cant do shit to save is ass
